We extract the outline of the image in the software and then cut it. We will use the function of identifying the edge of the image in the software edge management to extract the cutting lines.

To recognize the image outline of a sublimation printed sportswear, the following conditions must be met:
1. The graphic to be cut has clear black edge lines, and the graphic is closed;

2. The interval between graphics is greater than 3mm;

3. The width of the outline is greater than 2mm.

This sublimation printed fabric meets these conditions, so we use the edge management function to identify the outline of the image.

Open the software and click the “Extract Edge Management” button.

Next step: Set the lifting parameters according to the characteristics of the graphic. If the maximum diagonal of the measured graphic is 1000, set the maximum size to 1200 and the minimum size to 800.

Set the “Line Width” to 2. Check to take only the outer contours and graphics closed. Do not check the others;

“Line smoothing” and “Corner adjustment” are generally set to a value of about 1.

Then select the black extraction and default parameters in the special function, click the lift test, and the lines are extracted. Click the “Overall Auto Tracking” button.

The maximum and minimum dimensions are the intervals of the value of the maximum diagonal of all graphics on the material. The maximum diagonal is the distance between the two points with the longest distance on a single graphic.

Case 1: If there are multiple sizes of graphics, the maximum diagonal of a single largest graphic is 1000, and the maximum diagonal of the smallest graphic is 300. Set the maximum size to 1100 and the minimum size to 200.

Case 2: If there is only one size graphic on the material and the diagonal of a certain shape is measured to be 1000, then the maximum size is set to 1200 and the minimum size is set to 800. The allowable range of error.
