AMOR laser has developed a CCD camera laser cutting device for the digital printing industry. It uses a double-head asynchronous cutting system to support two laser heads to simultaneously cut images of different shapes.
The software can reasonably distribute the processing graphics of the two laser heads after the layout is completed, and at the same time, it is equipped with feature point positioning and cutting, automatic extraction of contour cutting and other identification methods. During the cutting process, various flexible materials are automatically corrected during the processing. The deformation problem is high-precision along the edge, and the cutting error is less than 0.1 mm.
